Filter Dimensions

The small filter measures 6 inches in width and 9 to 13 inches in height. The sponge inside has a diameter of 0.39 inches, making it suitable for 10 to 40-gallon fish tanks. The medium filter is 6.3 inches in width and 9 to 13 inches in height, with a sponge diameter of 0.59 inches, ideal for 15 to 55-gallon tanks. For larger tanks, you may need two of these filters.

Package Includes

The package includes 1 double sponge filter with 2 containers, a bag of ceramic media balls, and 2 pairs of sponges. This filter requires an air pump and a standard size 4mm air hose, which are not included. Please choose a powerful enough air pump based on your fish tank size.

Detachable Fine Sponges

You can easily detach the 2 fine sponges to clean or replace them. The sponges are 60ppi and provide ample surface area for beneficial microorganisms to thrive. Do not use tap water to clean the sponges; instead, rinse or squeeze them using aquarium water.

Easy to Use

All parts of the filter are detachable, making assembly a breeze. With 2 strong suction cups, you can securely attach the filter underwater without it floating. The water outlet tube is adjustable, allowing you to set the flow direction above or below the waterline.
